- Post-sales support activities enable our customers to make the best use of the solutions and services we provide them. Through ongoing support and maintenance agreements; we provide our customers new versions of the products, local technical support services, documentation access, bug fixing, upgrades and patch installations, as well as direct access to the web based technical services of the technology providers we represent (if requested).
